On the other hand, electricity prices rose 3%, below 5.4% in June and inflation slowed for food (4.9% vs 5.7%), shelter (7.7% vs 7.8%) and new vehicles (3.5% vs 4.1%). The cost of medical services was down 1.5% (vs -0.8%) and prices of used cars and trucks declined 5.6% (vs -5.2%).
